Looking forward, Allen discusses how to maximize the benefits and minimize the costs of an effective trade policy toward China while advancing America’s national security agenda. He will examine the difficult trade-offs that the Biden Administration faces as it evaluates which economic policy toward China will maximize employment in the U.S. over the short, medium and longer terms.
