UC San Diego's 19th Annual Black History Month Celebration & Scholarship Awards Ceremony

Please join us virtually for the 19th Annual Black History Month Celebration and Scholarship Awards. This year's theme is The Black Family: "Representation, Identity, and Diversity". The Black family has been a topic of study in many academic disciplines such as history, literature, visual arts, sociology, anthropology, and social policy. Celebration of the family offers a rich tapestry of images for exploring the African American past and present.

This exciting celebration will feature program highlights including two dynamic and engaging keynote speakers, musical entertainment and recognition of Black student scholars at UC San Diego.

This year in lieu of ticket/table purchases, we ask for donations to our scholarship fund to continue our efforts in supporting African American students at UC San Diego.
